- To email you a confirmation and, if needed, clarify project details
- For basic recordkeeping and troubleshooting (e.g., delivery failures)
Who we share it with
We share your submission with the matched independent contractor so they can contact you. We don’t sell your data. Operational tools we use (email, hosting) may process data solely to provide their services.
Security
We use standard safeguards (access controls, encrypted transport) to protect submissions in transit and at rest where supported by our providers.
Children
This service is for adults arranging property work. If a child’s information was submitted in error, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post a new version here with the effective date.
